Refunds are applicable only under the conditions mentioned in this policy. We encourage learners to review course details before enrollment.

Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be entertained.

If you have accessed more than 25% of the course content, the refund request will not be eligible.

Refunds are strictly not applicable for downloaded materials, assignments, or certificates.

Live classes, doubt sessions, and mentorship programs are non-refundable.

Any offers, discounts, or coupon-based purchases are also non-refundable.

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of DoubtComm.
